Description

The Höhlensteinhaus is peacefully situated in a small depression at an altitude of 1,259 meters. Here, you can indulge in the typical Tyrolean alpine life and simultaneously experience pure relaxation with a view of the surrounding mountains. The host himself serves you with simple but hearty dishes. The "Schweinshaxn" (pork knuckles) and the "Truthahnessen" (turkey dinner) are widely known, all homemade - from the bread, butter, cheese, bacon, and more. You can enjoy these either in the cozy and warm dining room, where guests sometimes pick up a guitar and sing a little "Stanzerl." Alternatively, you can savor your meal on the spacious terrace with a playground for the children.
